Suda51's new game may be his least crazy yet

Goichi Suda - Suda51 - is known for his irreverent humour and wildly unusual world building, but this new PS4 exclusive project looks comparatively conservative.

Called Let It Die, the new game has not yet been detailed, but looking at the trailer, it seems to be some sort of beat-'em-up. Set in a dark, gritty world, it looks set to drip with gore, which is all very well but hardly startlingly original.

That said, the more innovative and daring Suda51 and the team at Grasshopper Entertainment get, the less willing publishers seem to be to fund the games - let alone find people to buy them. So. We probably did this to ourselves.

We don't yet know if this is a Grasshopper game yet. Suda51's past games include Killer 7 and No More Heroes as well as Lollipop Chainsaw and Killer is Dead.
