Stronghold Kingdoms has attracted over 3 million players since launch

Stronghold Kingdoms, the MMORTS from Firefly Studios, has attracted over 3 million players since launch, the developer announced today.
The game was released as a free-to-play title on Steam two years ago, and is one of the top 10 F2P games on the service, out of 50 available.
The 3 million players inhabit 100 different countries, and the game has over 200,000 monthly active users across 22 game worlds.
In February, Firefly added a 'Europe' world, where more than 30,000 players are currently "forming alliances and fighting for control of 33 countries in one huge game world."
