STO FAQ posted, no separate PVP servers planned

Cryptic's posted an FAQ for Star Trek Online, including news that there won't be PVP and PVE servers as such, but instead all play areas will be the same type.
PVP will be possible in far reaches of the galaxy, by consent in disputed areas and not at all in Federation or Klingon space.
It all sounds very similar to EVE, where PVP is governed by an enforced security system, with the areas furthest away from the central civilisation hubs being essentially lawless.
