Steam now lets you see average ISP speeds in each country

Valve has updated Steam's stats page with a new, very handy feature that lets you check the data rates for the different ISPs in each country or region.
The new feature went live recently, and there is now a new section under the main stats page simply titled Steam Download Stats. You can filter by total bytes or average download rate.
The filters can be applied to regions, countries, or US states. Clicking on any country will bring down a list of ISPs and their respective download rate.
