Steam for Schools initiative announced, educators given Portal 2 for class purposes

During the Games for Change conference, Valve announced it will give away Portal 2 for free, via the new Steam for Schools initiative. Educators which sign up for the beta which also recoeve the Perpetual Testing Initiative level maker so students can create Portal levels in the classroom - but they won't be able to share said levels outside of class.
