Undead Labs has cause to celebrate: State of Decay has sold 2 million copies combined on Steam and Xbox 360.
Released through Steam Early Access and on Xbox Live last year, the game sold 1 million copies as of June 2013.
To mark the milestone, players will be treated with "a month long celebration" with details still to be announced.
State of Decay: Year-One Survival Edition, which is the enhanced version of the zombie survival game containing previously released DLC along with new content, will launch on Xbox One in spring 2015.
