You can play the Star Wars Battlefront beta right now with this trick

The Star Wars Battlefront beta isn't live for another seven hours. Unless you're willing to do this trick.

As with most anticipated betas and demos, the community always finds a way to grab them early. This is true too for the Star Wars Battlefront beta.

If you live in Australia or Japan, the beta should be available for you right now. If you don't, you have the option to make it seem like you do.

This trick doesn't involve VPN's or anything like that, and here's how to do it.

• On PlayStation 4: You're going to need an Australian or Japanese PSN account. Both stores have it now here and here

• On Xbox One: You need to change your console's region to Japan and look for the beta in the store (either on the website or console)

For Xbox, there's a chance the beta will be in Japanese for you, so the decision depends on how much you want it.

The beta will be available in the west later today.
