Spelunky, Portal 2 characters on the way to Runner 2
The remaining two guest characters coming in Bit.Trip Presents Runner 2: Future Legend of Rhythm Alien's Good Friends DLC pack are from Portal 2 and Spelunky. The final addition is, uh ... CommanderVideo.
Yes: the last additional character is, indeed, the protagonist of the game itself - but with quite a twist. Having suffered something of an accident, as detailed in the video below, our hero has been transformed into Invisible CommanderVideo, which is going to make the running much, much harder.
Also joining the pack are Atlas, the shorter, blue co-op robot from from Portal 2, and Spelunky Guy, the guy from Spelunky. These three join two previously announced pairs of guests.
The Good Friends DLC pack hits Steam on Thursday (US time, presumably) and is expected on PlayStation 3, Wii U and Xbox 360 at a later date - but Atlas won't be part of the console version, as he's exclusive to Steam. Eurogamer reports the pack will cost $3 on PC. Runner 2 is also headed to Vita.
