Spec Ops: The Line is "most provocative shooter ever" - new shots, movie
Spec Ops: The Line lead designer Cory Davis has told Gamespot that the Dubai-based shooter is to be the most "provocative" in its class.
"Spec Ops: The Line is the most provocative shooter you have ever played," he said.
"It means, essentially, that we have a very strong focus on narrative in the game and we put the player into situations where you have to make decision between what is moral and what is necessary."
In the game, you play as Captain Walker, an elite Delta Force operator who works with a very small but experienced team sent in to rescue the revered Colonel Conrad.
The military hero has defied orders by staying in Dubai to evacuate it.
Sand, a dynamic prop to the game, will play a major role as you can choose to "shoot out a window, causing an avalanche" amongst other sandy things.

The 2K shooter was announced at the VGAs in December. It's out in fiscal '11.
