Sorting our shiznit: how we're reshuffling our Twitter output

We're shifting around our Twitter feeds a little to offer two levels of content.

We post a lot of games news. We post all of it, in fact. Up to now, we've only had one Twitter feed hooked up to our RSS, but that's making increasingly less sense. As you've probably noticed, we have a tendency to manually post links out on @VG247 in the name of speed, as the service we use to automatically pull headlines onto Twitter usually lags by a few minutes. This results in duplicates, and probably some annoyance.

Therefore, we've applied some common sense and registered @VG247all. Obviously, this is every headline post, dredged by RSS. There's no embellishment at all: it's the pure VG247 experience, as God intended. If you want absolutely everything published on VG247, this is the feed you follow. As of now, @VG247 will be a select service, consisting of hand-written updates from the team flagging what we consider to be the most important stories and updates throughout the day.

We're working on some changes to VG247 that will make having this choice on Twitter increasingly important as we move on with the endless, round-the-clock mission of covering video gaming news, so pick which one works best for you. Follow both if you're feeling flush. And don't pretend that you don't want hundreds of VG247-related tweets bombing you all day. Who doesn't?
