Sony upgrades PSN with 3D support
Sony has announced that it will release the first 3D games for PS3 including WipEout HD, SuperStardustHD, PAIN, plus a single level demo of MotorStorm: Pacific Rift tomorrow, June 10, thanks to the PSN update that occurred today with 3D support.
Titles are to be made available for just $29.99/€29.99/£23.99, and will also be made available for free as part the Sony Bravia 3D TV package.
- WipEout HD in 3D does not include the Fury DLC
- PAIN includes two new modes created specifically for 3D called Alien Toss and Ice Blocks which is free with the TV pack, or individually for €2.99.
- SuperStardust HD in 3D promises to "transport you into a spectacular space setting"
- MotorStorm 3D Pacific Rift Demo includes the single player race around the Kanaloa Bay

Those who already own the games can upgrade their games to stereoscopic 3D via a free patch.
