Sony executives take pay cut, return bonuses

A Sony spokesperson told Bloomberg that CEO Kazuo Hirai and several other executives will take pay cuts following four years of losses. Seven executives returned their annual bonuses over the company's poor performance, and Sony has asked shareholders to appoint a new board of directors, including Hirai. Coincidentally, Nikkei reported yesterday that Nintendo had slashed employee bonuses and issued executive pay cuts.
