Someone ported one of the first Warcraft 3 Dota maps to Dota 2
A modder managed to bring the old Warcraft 3 eul map into Dota 2's Source engine.
Dota modder Arsjac has ported eul 3.76d, one of the very early Dota maps in Warcraft 3, into Dota 2. Of course, it wouldn't be classic Dota without having classic rules in place such as shareable items and gold, the secret river shop, and more.
The map is available right now on the Steam Workshop and you can play it alongside the custom rule set by searching for "Dota classic" in the in-game arcade.
Most of the original heroes are available, too, as are most of the classic items.
You can see the full feature list through here. Arsjac confirmed that the remaining heroes and items will be added soon, alongside some balance tweaks to make it as authentic to the original as possible.
