Snap Attack trademark filed by Microsoft, listed as "online computer game"
Microsoft has registered a new trademark for something called Snap Attack that has been described simple as an "online computer game."
Gamespot reports that the Snap Attack filing was registered on April 3. The site theorises that the game could be a play on Xbox One's Snap functionality, which enables games to multi-task across games and apps on one screen.
When approached by the site, a Microsoft rep said of the filing, "Microsoft often acquires various trademarks as part of its ongoing business strategy, but beyond that we have no comment."
