Skullgirls heads to PS4 next week

Skullgirls is coming to PS4 sooner than we expected.
Skullgirls has a PS4 release date of July 7, Lab Zero games has announced.
The Vita version is still in development and is expected in mid to late August at the earliest, but will support cross-buy no matter when it launches.
The PS4 and Vita version is called 2nd Encore, as this is the second time the project has been re-released. Lab Zero isn't just porting the indie fighter; new content includes voice acting and several new modes as well as trophies and a PS4 theme.
All PlayStation versions of Skullgirls support cross-play, so if you own the original you can teach 2nd Encore newbs a lesson or two.
