Skullgirls: Editable team sizes and blocking unblockables detailed
Reverge Labs has detailed how 2D fighter Skullgirls will beat infinite combos, as well as showing off editable team sizes and assists.
The title will allow for team sizes of 1-3 characters, all with choosable assists.
There's a bunch in there about beating problems inherent to 2D fighters with unblockable moves.
Online play has been built around the "GGPO networking library, the best one out there for fighting games."
Reverge describes the title as a "small indie fighting game with an initial roster of eight characters," and is currently in the process of "aggressively play-testing the game and getting community feedback at events such as the East Coast Throwdown, the EVO Finals and Seasons Beatings."
Do take a look at this: beautiful art, and the game itself looks fantastic. It's out early next year for PSN and XBLA.
