Today's Sims 4 update includes Star Wars duds and ghosts; pools return next month

The first of three major game updates coming to The Sims 4 is live, and today's content includes Ghosts.

Dead Sims can now come back as ghost will all attributes they had while living. Each will have its own behavior based on how it died which should make for an interesting time.

These Sim ghosts can join the player's household as playable characters - and there may even be a way to bring the ghosts back to life.

A new Star Wars Costume Set featuring Luke Skywalker’s X-wing pilot suit, Yoda, Leia’s white robes and Darth Vader’s suit can now be used in the game.

New eye colors and a few bug fixes are also included in the October update.

The November update will include the return of pools to the series, and in December Sims can embark on new career paths with new rewards.

All updates are free for everyone playing The Sims 4.
