Sim City update 7 adds the ability to build tunnels and bridges

Maxis has announced a new Sim City update today which adds a new tool called raise/lower tool, giving you the ability to build tunnels, bridges and more.
It's also released a brand new video which has Maxis' Guillaume Pierre giving you a rundown about what the new update brings to the game and how it'll affect gameplay.
The addition of the raise/tower tool can be used to build tunnels and bridges as well as trench roads and retaining walls. This new ability will definitely solve Sim City's traffic congestion problem to a large extent.
