Shenmue 3 isn't coming to Xbox One

Shenmue 3, the upcoming sequel to the beloved forklift simulator, will not be getting an Xbox One release.
You might be wondering how the question emerged in the first place - Shenmue 3 was announced at Sony’s E3 press conference in 2015, after all, and confirmed only for PS4 and PC afterwards.
Well: fans this week uncovered an Xbox One logo in the source code of the game’s official pre-order page. But publisher Deep Silver was quick to squash that new hope:
Yu Suzuki’s opus is due out on November 19th, and Alex recently dug into 15 whole minutes of Shenmue 3 gameplay footage.
