To find an Ithildin Fragment, you'll first need to climb to the top of, and purify, all three Haedir towers in any one region. Use the Haedir to pinpoint the Ithildin Fragment locations scattered around the region, of which there will always be six in total.

Once you're travelled to the Ithildin Fragment location, use Wraith Vision to find the fragment on a wall, and then use both analog sticks to bring the fragment into focus.
