Skateboarding sim Session hits Steam Early Access September 17, coming to Xbox Game Preview

Skateboarding sim Session is coming to Xbox Game Preview and Steam Early Access.

Expected on the services last year, you will now be able to grab Session on PC via Steam Early Access on September 17 and a few weeks after that through Xbox Game Preview.

The PC early access version will include" true stance-stick controls." Each controls one foot to replicate real skating while also giving you feel of “switch” trick difficulty.

You will also be skating around a 1:1 scale of New York with the focus on lower Manhattan. This includes the Brooklyn Banks, Financial District, and other iconic street skating spots.

If you want to show off your moved, the video editor lets you create your own trick montages in-game and share them. These clips will feature a "period-specific, VHS-style visual aesthetic." Neat.

We got our first real look at Session, the spiritual successor to the Skate series, during Microsoft’s E3 2018 show.

The creā-ture Studios title was funded on Kickstarter in 2017.

Session is expected to release in early 2020.
