SCEE development boss has "new remit," say the little birds
Videogaming247 has heard talk today that Michael Denny, the SCEE exec in charge of European Studios development, has just been given a "new remit" and is moving into a more global role.
The chatter comes as SCEE announced today that work on Eight Days and The Getaway has been scrapped due to "redistribution of resources and budget".
We've been old that Denny has recently returned from Japan with a wider job role, although details were scant.
Both talk of Denny's repositioning and the binning of London Studios' two action games comes following the departure of Phil Harrison and his replacement by Shuhei Yoshida.
SCEE's been asked about the truth of Denny's new role, if any, but hasn't made comment as yet.
