Scarlet Nexus gamescom trailer shows off new pyro-kinesis-wielding character
We got a fresh look at the neopunk world of Scarlet Nexus in a new trailer.
Scarlet Nexus debuted a new gameplay trailer on gamescom Opening Night Live. Today's trailer introduces Hanabi, a new character who, together with the previously revealed Yuito Sumeragi, are members of the Others Suppression Force.
OSF was established to fight mysterious alien creatures called Others, which feed on human brains. OSF members all have special abilities. Hanabi posses pyro-kinesis powers that let her set enemies on fire. With the in-game Struggle Arms System, you'll be able to borrow the powers of the different characters during fights, which we get to see in the trailer.
The action looks as fluid as ever, though the game still doesn't have a release date. Scarlet Nexus is in development for PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X, due out sometime next year.
