Samurai Shodown 2 now available on Android, iDevice
SNK Playmore classic Samurai Showdown 2 is now available on a range of mobile devices, with customisable touch screen controls including a windowed mode so you don't block the action with your greasy thumbs.
The weapons-based fighter hit both the App Store or Google Play this weekend, and will set you back $9 or regional equivalent.
The iOS version is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad running iOS 5.0 and later, while the Android version is okay for any device running at least Android 2.3.3.
Described as "a perfect NeoGeo port", Samurai Shodown 2 has multiple control schemes - a four button set up like the original, and a six button version with a special key to make touch-screen attacks easier.
You'll be able to resize and rearrange the buttons to suit you, including outside the screen in a windowed mode.
Bluetooth connectivity offers a versus multiplayer mode. A trailer and some tiny, tiny screens follow.
