Rumor: inXile trademarks "Choplifter" with US Patent Office

inXile Entertainment has filed a trademark with the US Patent and Trademark Office for "Choplifter" in the "downloadable electronic games via the Internet and wireless devices" category.
With such a listing, the air-battle, rescue mission title will likely be remade for iPhone or digitally distributed for consoles.
Fun news for those that recall the original 1982 classic that was ported to beat the band.
