38 Studios assets sold during an auction conference call include Rise of Nations and Rise of Legends, and associated intellectual properties. The trademark for Big Huge Games was also sold, with gross proceeds totaling $320,000. An acceptable offer was not received for Project Copernicus nor 38 Studios' integrated social media and gaming platform Helios. Richard Land, the receiver handling the asset auction, stated that he will continue to "engage in negotiations" with interested parties to sell the remaining assets.
