Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps has been delayed into June
Capcom has delayed Resident Evil: Umbrella Corps from May into June, the company announced today.
According to a statement, the delay will provide the development team with extra time for optimizing. This will ensure the game will be "the best experience possible" upon release.
Announced at TGS 2015, Umbrella Corps is an online, competitive third-person shooter built using the Unity engine.
It features maps based on locations from the series, a multi-mission mode, and various player customization options.
Originally slated for release in May, the game will now arrive on PC and PlayStation 4 June 21.
The digital title will run you $29.99/£25/€30.
