Report: New Xbox Dashboard beta being issued today

A new Xbox Dashboard is apparently doing the rounds, although you're not missing very much.
Joystiq reports Xbox 360 users who have opted-in the Microsoft's beta program have received an updated dashboard.
The new interface contains a dedicated beta program blade, with three areas, one of which is inactive.
A "Help and Tips" section notes beta testers who receive the update online, as opposed to on disc, will receive a free copy of Halo: Reach in return for participation at a later date.
Microsoft announced the update beta program in September.
