Ratchet & Clank coming to PS4 - and a cinema near you - next year

Ratchet & Clank were once close contenders to be Sony's mascots, and the beloved pair got their moment in the sun at E3 2014 with not one but two major announcements during the platform holder's press conference.
Insomniac Games is working closely with Sony Pictures to deliver the Ratchet & Clank movie, which is expected in 2015 and will tell Ratchet's origin story.
Meanwhile, the developer is also working hard on a a remake of the original game for PS4. This re-release will also focus on ratchet's origins, but will include "updated gameplay" and "completely new visuals"
The game is expected alongside the movie early next year.
