Raspberry Pi: cheaper $25 version hits Europe today

Raspberry Pi has been making the headline in recent weeks, after Google snapped up 15,000 of the micro-computers for UK schools last month. A new, cheaper model has gone on sale across Europe from today, coming in at just $25.

GI.biz reports that the new "Model A" Raspberry PI is $10 cheaper than the standard "Model B" edition and consumes a third of the power. It has no Ethernet port, one USB input, and houses 256MB of RAM.
