PUBG gets small PC patch to fix hit registration issue
PUBG Corp has released a new update for PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds on PC.
The update comes in at just 24MB, and it aims to fix a problem with long range hits sometimes not registering. PUBG Corp revealed the news in a tweet, and said that the patch also fixes a client crash in the lobby.
This is the second update for the PC version after the 1.0 launch before Christmas. Outside of some rubber banding and lag issues at the start of matches, this has been a relatively smooth launch.
In other PUBG news, the game had over 3 million concurrent players on Steam over the weekend, breaking its previous records and cementing its lead on Steam's charts. Since launch, PUBG has banned over 1.5 million cheaters.
