3DS firmware update live, includes accomplishments

3DS users are reporting the latest, delayed firmware update is now rolling out. The system update adds 3D video capture; DLC support; the option to transfer your data to another 3DS console; and new content for Mii Plaza. GiantBomb notes the new Mii Plaza content includes a list of achievement-like "accomplishments", although they don't link to your user profile, and apparently haven't appeared in any other titles.
