PS Plus Vote to Play incentive announced, more information promised "soon"

After what we assume was an accidental, early button push by Sony earlier this week, the firm has announced the Vote to Play incentive for PlayStation Plus members.
The promotion, as previously reported, allows members to vote on titles for the upcoming month’s Instant Game Collection.
The game with the most votes will be included in the free games lineup. The runner-ups will be available at a discount for the first promotion.
More details on when the promotion will start will be made available "soon," according to Sony.
