Pokemon X and Y: three new Pokemon and "Mega" forms announced in next issue of CoroCoro
Three new Pokemon for Pokemon X and Y have been revealed in the latest issue of CoroCoro magazine. Called Dedenne, Horubii, and Meekuru, the Pokes were outed via scans on Serebii which also states there will be "Mega" forms in the new title.
According to the scans, the "Mega" forms of various Pokemon are pecifically for MegaBlaziken, MegaAbsol, MegaMawile, MegaMewtwo, MegaLucario and MegaAmpharos. They're all called "Mega" as they evolve through a process being called "Mega Evolution".
Until the magazine comes out or Nintendo makes the announcement official, we'll just leave it at that for the time being.
The new Pokemon are of various types:
Pre-evolution of Gogoat is called Meekuru; Dedenne is an electric fairy type and also an Antenna Pokémon; and the rabbit is a normal-type called Horubii and is a Digging Pokémon.
The Super Training facility was also shown in the magazine leaks, along with a new character called Koruni - a Gym Leader who "holds the key to understanding Mega Evolution."
Thanks, ONM.
