Pokemon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor DLC: All Diglett Rewards

We show you what rewards you'll get for finding all the lost Alolan Diglett in the Isle of Armor expansion.

Not long after starting the Pokemon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor DLC you'll meet a travelling trainer who's lost 150 Diglett across the whole island and will reward any trainer who can return them to him. We'll show all Diglett rewards and whether it's worth your time to find them all.

Rewards for Finding Alolan Diglett in Pokemon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor DLC

There are a total of nine rewards for finding all the Diglett in the Isle of Armor DLC expansion, given at specific milestones. All of these rewards are, in fact, Alolan forms of Pokemon that would otherwise be inaccessible in Sword and Shield, giving the player the chance to fill out their Pokedex even more. You encounter the first Diglett as part of a mandatory cutscene not long after starting the DLC, in which you'll see a small Alolan Diglett appear at the bridge leading to the Dojo and meet the trainer who owns him. From that point on, you can spot them across the whole of the Isle of Armor and surrounding scraps of land, marked by little hairs sticking out of the dirt. Simply go up to the hairs and click on them to find the Diglett and send it back to its trainer.

Whenever you want to go and reclaim a reward, head back to the bridge in front of the Dojo. The trainer will still be there, and will give you a Pokemon at certain milestones, laid out below.

How to Get the Sun and Moon Starters

For handing in 100 Diglett, you'll get either Rowlett, Popplio or Litten, one of the three starters from Sun and Moon, the seventh generation of Pokemon games. Which one you get correlates to what type of Pokemon you picked at the beginning of your Sword and Shield adventure, as seen below. There's no way to get the others without trading for them, or using Pokemon Home to transfer Pokemon from one game to the other.
