A moderator post on the European PlayStation forums - and comments from many relieved users - indicates an error which blocked downloads and transaction lists of paid content has been resolved. The problem struck in the wake of last week's maintenance and was not universal, but affected most PAL territories, hitting PS Plus users particularly hard.
