PlayStation Awards 2013: Grand Theft Auto 5 takes Platinum

Sony Computer Entertainment Japan Asia has announced the winners of the 2013 PlayStation Awards. The accolades are handed out to titles which hit the highest sales figures between November 1, 2012 and October 31, 2013 in the region.

Similar to record sales, Platinum is the highest prize handed to the game which shipped over one million units - downloads included - while Gold goes to the titles which shipped over 500,000 units.
