Planetside 2 fixes address missing certs, crashes

Planetside 2's beta servers went offline briefly earlier today while Sony Online Entertainment corrected an issue which crept in with the last patch: missing certs (the MMO's currency). SoE boss John Smedley said that users should not be seeing any more cert issues, and that only a very small number of players were affected. A hotfix to address crash problems was issued bare hours later. Planetside 2 is in closed beta and is expected to launch on November 20.
