Pinnacle Station balls-up blights Mass Effect

Mass Effect's been hit with an anger-causing bug on the launch of the new Pinnacle Station DLC, meaning those with Bring Down the Sky installed for the 360 version have to delete the previous content and reinstall it to be able to get the new play-space.
