The main benefit of the Flower shop is its flexibility with being able to work day or night, in addition to occasionally rewarding the player with unlockable bonuses. Persona 5 Beef Bowl Shop Job

Persona 5 Crossroads Bar Job

This is a little tricky, as you will only be able to land work at the Crossroads Bar after attaining a Rank 3 in Proficiency and unlocking the Social Link with Ohya in Shinjuku. You'll be able to earn 5400 Yen Per Night here, and your stat bonuses will raise depending on the type of customer you serve. This is the recommended job to have as soon as you unlock it, purely because of how much it pays in addition to the flexibility it offers with stat bonuses.
