Persona 4 Arena due in August

Arc System Works' Persona 4 fighter should arrive on US consoles just as northern summer winds down.
In a post on the US PS Blog, Atlus narrowed down its tentative summer dating for Persona 4 Arena to August. The fighter is expected on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Atlus is working to retain the voice cast from Persona 4 and Persona 3 where possible, but can't confirm or deny whether Japanese voices will be an option.
The publisher reiterated that the console version will feature exclusive story and online modes, and Sony confirmed no Vita version is planned as yet.
