Payday 2: 1.58 million copies sold since launch, 80% were digital

Payday 2 developer Overkill Software did announce that the game was already in profit before it launched due to big pre-order volumes, so it's impressive to see that it's sold 1.58 million units since it launched.
The figure was announced in a Starbreeze investor note last night, and should come as superb news to Overkill and publisher 505 Games.
