Nintendo bringing Star Fox Zero, The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes and more to PAX Prime
PAX Prime is this weekend, and Nintendo fans attending the show will be able to get their hands on quite a few upcoming titles.
Unfortunately, Xenoblade Chronicles X isn't one of them, but a panel will be hosted by Nintendo Treehouse representatives. The panel promises new gameplay, concept art and information on the title along with a Q&A session. The panel will take place on August 29 from 2.30-3.30pm PT in Wyvern Theater.
Games scheduled to be playable on the show floor include: Star Fox Zero, Super Mario Maker, The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes, Chibi-Robo! Zip Lash, Splatoon and it's Transformers Splatfest content, and Super Smash Bros. for Wii U.
Attendees can also play Skylanders SuperChargers Racing for Nintendo 3DS using Bowser and Donkey Kong for the first time in public.
A variety of upcoming amiibo figures will also be on display.
During the show, there will also be several PAX-sponsored tournaments featuring a variety of Nintendo 3DS games, including Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate, Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire. Attendees who want to participate in the fun should bring their Nintendo 3DS systems with them to the show.
At the adjacent Sheraton Seattle Hotel, Nintendo will host a dedicated Nindies lounge showcasing 13 independent for Wii U and Nintendo 3DS such as Year Walk, Mutant Mudds Super Challenge, SteamWorld Heist, The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Shovel Knight: Plague of Shadows and more.
PAX Prime will be held at the Washington State Convention Center August 28-31.
