Hana "D.V" Song is one of the playable heroes in Overwatch. Her backstory is that she was a StarCraft pro player in Korea, before she joined the action with her mech in Overwatch.

With the release of StarCraft 2's upcoming update 3.7, D.Va will be joining the game as an announcer in multiplayer. Blizzard revealed this today, and confirmed that her voice pack is part of the BlizzCon 2016 goodie bag, along with an exclusive portrait.

The announcer pack and the StarCraft 2 portrait are also part of the BlizzCon virtual ticket. Only the announcer pack will be available for purchase later, the portrait is exclusive to BlizzCon 2016 attendees and virtual ticket holders.

You can listen to some of her voice lines through here. They're delivered with the same attitude you expect from the character.

Patch 3.7 is also bringing more announcers to the game, including Abathur, Alarak, Artanis, Kerrigan, Raynor, and Swann.
