Mei's abilities
Endothermic Blaster
Mei's blasters can either let loose a good medium range shot for damage, or slow down and eventually stop an enemy with a stream of ice. The latter is her most useful, especially when teamed with another high damage dealing player.
Cryo-Freeze
Mei freezes in a block of ice, stopping incoming damage from attacks and healing herself at the same time.
Icewall
Mei's Icewall stops damage, obscures the view and generally stops movement in a particular area.
Ultimate Ability: Blizzard
Blizzard is a drone attack that casts snow and ice over the map, slowing down enemies, damaging them and eventually freezing them if they hang around too long. It lasts for five loooong seconds.
Mei strategy tips
- Blizzard is very useful on objectives to slow down any defenders.
- Don't just use Icewall for defense. Use it to trap enemies, stop them from running away and corner them.
- You can also use Icewall to reach higher locations by placing it underneath you and your team.
- Has Torbjorn activated his turret? Place the Icewall in front of it and you'll disable it.
