Overwatch: all the new skins, emotes, highlight intros, sprays and player icons coming with the cosmetics update

Blizzard has been slowly unveiling a host of new cosmetic items coming to Overwatch with the cosmetics update.

The reveals started as far back as BlizzCon 2017, but things ramped up considerably this week with plenty of reveals on Twitter and the Overwatch blog. Seeing as the update is hours away, it's time to dig deep and take a look at everything new.

The cosmetics update will be available to all Overwatch players for free January 23 on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Unlike themed updates, all the items coming to the game will be part of existing loot boxes for everyone to earn or buy.

The update is adding new skins, emotes, highlight intros, sprays, and player icons. Below you'll find a preview of every thing announced so far.
