Fight the horde by feeding the horde in new Overcooked 2 DLC
Hungry for more Overcooked 2? The Night of the Hangry Horde DLC launches today, featuring eight new horde wave levels, recipes, and characters.
The most notable addition in the DLC is horde mode. The pack includes eight new horde wave levels, including the ability to repair your castle and unlock shortcut gates using the coins you earn.
There are three enemy types you'll have to feed: the unbread, the zombie chili pepper, and the zombie apple, which is slow, causes huge damage, and requires two meals to defeat.
Speaking of meals, there are a few menu additions in Night of the Hangry Horde, including guillotine chopped soup, fruit pies, and roast dinners. You'll be able to choose from four new chefs to prepare these meals, too, including a Ghost, Vampire, Werewolf, and Boxhead – a returning chef from the original Overcooked. All of this takes place over the course (pun intended) of 12 levels – nine creepy new kitchens and three new hidden Kevin Kitchens.
Night of the Hangry Horde is available now as part of the season pass. Otherwise you can buy it separately for $9.99.
