Only the PC version of Dragon Age will have a top down perspective

Only the PC version of Dragon Age: Origins will have the top down perspective while playing the game, according to Kotaku.
The consoles will have the behind the back view, and considering the game has time and time again been called the "spiritual successor to Baldur's Gate", the PC perspective should come as no surprise.
