"No encounter mode" included in Steam version of Final Fantasy 9
A release date for Final Fantasy 9 hasn't been confirmed as of yet, but the Steam page for the game has noted a couple of interesting nuggets.
Announced for PC and mobile yesterday, the RPG is listed on Steam for release in "Early 2016".
It also states that players will be able to turn off random encounters, which should please some and not others. I imagine, anyway.
The page also lists added features such as Steam Achievements and seven game boosters "including high speed."
Along with an exact release date, Final Fantasy 9 doesn't have price listed.
Thank, Eurogamer.
