Nintendo is adding a Rewind feature to all NES games free in Switch Online
Nintendo has debuted a new feature available to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers.
Nintendo this week revealed the two NES classics coming soon to the collection available to Nintendo Switch Online members. Nintendo is adding a Rewind function that lets players replay any section of a level with a button press.
Rewind can be activated by by holding ZL and ZR, and it works similarly to the feature found in Capcom's Mega Man Legacy Collection, and Nintendo's own SNES Mini. You're able to seek through the timeline and resume from any moment. The NES collection on Online already supports save states, so Rewind is a nice addition.
The feature will be available beginning July 17 alongside The Wrecking Crew and Donkey Kong 3, the two new games joining the collection. It will, however, be usable with every game in the collection.
